Eubena (Yupinya) Nampitjin: Kinu and Warlu Waterholes
- Technique:Acrylique sur lin
- Taille:119 × 74 cm
- Centre d'Art:Warlayirti Artists
This painting depicts some of the country that Eubena lived and travelled through as a young woman. At the centre are two waterholes of the area, Kinu and Warlu, which is known as Tjurrnu, or living water, as they always have good water. Surrounding the waterholes are parma, or hills and talis, or the parallel sand dunes that dominate the landscape. The small shapes along one edge of the painting are the parma, or hills, which as people approached this place, would signal that they were close to the waterholes.
