"Die Gegend von Kunamata gehört zu mir. Dort gibt es drei Arten von Schlangen (liru). Eine ist die Tjin Tjin, die nachts ein Tjin Tjin Tjin Tjin – Geräusch macht, wenn wir zu schlafen versuchen. Sie lebt im Spinifex-Gras.

Dann gibt es die Panukura-Schlange – talingka nyinapai (die in den Sanddünen lebt). Colour wiru palatja (diese hat eine tolle Farbe).

Ngantalpa apungka nyinapai (die dritte ist die Ngantalpa und lebt in den Felsen)."
