Ada Bird is noted for her depection of women's body paint designs. These are shown on each side of the canvas. The honey grevillia flowers after the rains and are sought out by the birds. The Aborigines also make an infusion of the flowers to obtain a sweet, refreshing drink. Kangaroos and emus are out grazing, on the new grasses after the rains.
